He is truly our jack-of-all-trades in the office. With a personal background in factory work and general construction, his foundational knowledge always seems to lead him in the right direction when it comes to gathering evidence. His work has proven instrumental in bringing numerous accident cases to successful conclusion. Of note, in one case Rafael’s input and support was pivotal in contributing to a jury verdict of $11.9 Million dollars for a construction worker where a roof platform collapse resulted in a two-story fall and permanent traumatic brain injury (see “Case Results”).
Rafael was born in Nicaragua, has lived in the United States for over thirty years and presently resides with his family in New Jersey. It’s no surprise that his many hobbies require focus, skill and determination. They include intense obstacle races, boxing, and wood crafting.
