Michael has dedicated his legal career to representing individuals that have been injured due to another person’s conduct or negligence. Since joining the firm in 2017 he has already secured over ten million dollars of compensation for these deserving individuals. His areas of expertise include motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, and construction site accidents.

Among Michael’s many notable cases was a $1.3 million settlement he secured for a construction worker that was injured when he fell from a ladder. Both how the accident occurred and the nature and extent of the client’s injuries were vigorously contested by the defense, but Michael turned this case of uncertainty into a million-dollar payday for his client.

Michael is Andy and Sean’s right-hand-man, and his dedication to the firm and its clients, as well as his attention to detail, are unparalleled. He is a long time member of the NYS Trial Lawyers Association, whose mission is "To promote a safer and healthier society, to assure access to the civil justice system by those who are wrongfully injured and to advance representation of the public by ethical, well-trained lawyers."

Raised in New Jersey, his strong leadership skills and commitment to helping those around him were evident even as a young man. he earned the prestigious status of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement or rank attainable conferred by the Boy Scouts of America organization.

Michael is a graduate of the college of New Jersey and obtained his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as an Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. Michael lives in Manhattan with his wife and daughter. Dedicated to helping others outside the legal field, Michael and his wife have completed several marathons and half-marathons as part of fundraising for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
