Josie has worked as a calendar clerk for over fifteen years and has tremendous experience in managing a very active legal firm calendar with multiple moving parts. Her responsibilities include scheduling everything from court appearances, mediations, depositions, court reporters, interpreters, and independent medical exams (IMEs) to confirming trial dates.
Josie works to accommodate the changing schedules of those she is trying to bring together in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. To achieve a smooth calendar, one must be a people person and Josie has proven herself at that.
Josie is pursuing a degree in paralegal studies from the New York Career Institute. When she is not working or studying, Josie enjoys spending time with her two daughters discovering new restaurants in New York City – they have become avid restaurant reviewers.
