How Can We Help You?
A surgery for our client included the entering of a device. The disagreement was about how two doctors recalled how this procedure went in two different ways. The young doctor said he noticed blood at the site of the device and informed his attending physician immediately. He said the attending then jabbed the device in further, causing blood to splatter everywhere. The attending doctor claimed that the resident doctor put the device in the wrong position and caused the injury. However, the site in which the instrument went in was in the belly but should have been the leg. It is a rare occurrence when two doctors involved in a case don’t point fingers at the lawyer, but instead at each other. And in this case, it was a clear sign something went wrong.
